1. Introduction
This page lists subprocessors currently used by Metanoia AS ("Metanoia", "we", "us", or "our") in connection with NET Backup Vault.
Subprocessors may process limited customer or operational data necessary to provide hosting, infrastructure, analytics, support, monitoring, or related functionality.
Additional information about data processing is available in the NET Backup Vault Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

4. International Processing
NET Backup Vault is primarily hosted within the EU/EEA. Certain subprocessors may involve processing outside the EU/EEA where permitted under applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
5. Subprocessor Updates
Metanoia may update subprocessors from time to time as NET Backup Vault evolves operationally or technically. Material changes may be communicated through NET Backup Vault, by email, or through the Metanoia website.
